MrTypewriter's Favorites

As our online selection continues to grow, I have had feedback from several customers wanting to know what are my bestsellers and/or favorites.

This section of our site will highlight some of the machines that have been perennial bestsellers or they may just be some of my favorite machines that have crossed the docks here at my St. Louis Warehouse.

Not all of these machines are still available in these exact forms, but if you see one you are interested in, let me know and I will see what I can find that is close to it. To e-mail me for pricing and availability, just press the "Req Info" key on the typewriter you're interested in.

Enough chit-chat...enjoy the show!

Smith - Corona Silent

The pre-war, early post-war floating shift Silent Smith Corona portables were second only to the Royal Quiet DeLuxe. In fact they were just as fast and like the Royal of that era they were basket shifts. This was where it all started for the Smith Corona company, who in short order became the largest manufacturer of portable typewriters in the United States up to the end of American made typewriters.

The Polish keyboard is pictured and is no longer available, but I have the standard keyboard in stock.

NOW AVAILABLE WITH CURSIVE KEYS!
