Central America packing

Lining up for the trip...
Getting them all in line for the trip...

It is that time of the year again, when I will be sending thousands of my little friends to new homes in Central America. For the most part, this is done in an orderly fashion, with pushing and shoving held to a minimum.

Ooops!
"Hey who's shoving?"

Do you ever need someone who can do really good packing? Well keep MrTypewriter in mind the next time you are stuffing that Samsonite!

All those typewriters crowding and shoving have to get to Central America somehow, and leave it to MrTypewriter to find the most efficient way to get them there.

In this next picture you are about to see over 3,000 typewriters crammed into a 45 foot container! This amazing feat drew the following comment from Dan Puls himself:

MrTypewriter has spent many years studing and trying to find the correct way of packing over twenty-two tons of manual typewriters into one forty-five foot container.

Of course this takes years of practice and I wouldn't want anyone trying this to be disappointed if only twenty tons was the best they could do!

It has taken many shipments over the years to master this little known art form.

3000 typewriters
And here they are packed snug as a bug in a rug, and off to Central America!
